A two-day capacity building workshop on 21st-century teaching skills concluded successfully on 24.11.2024. The workshop was organized by St. Xavier’s High School, the workshop aimed to enhance teacher effectiveness in integrating technology, promoting critical thinking, and creating inclusive learning environments. Renowned education expert Dr. B. Ramesh Patnaik (Course Director, Asia Pacific Region Trainer Guide, Bangkok) delivered the keynote address, emphasizing the need for educators to adapt to the changing landscape of education. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, group discussions, and hands-on activities, exploring innovative pedagogies and best practices in teaching and learning. The workshop concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where participants were awarded certificates of participation. St. Xavier’s High School plans to conduct similar workshops in the future, aiming to support educators in their pursuit of excellence.
